Lead Food Services Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Food Services Manager to oversee our residential aged care facility’s food service operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a team, manage resources effectively, and maintain the highest standards of service in food preparation and presentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in managing staff and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring the food services team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Overseeing all aspects of food service, including menu planning, inventory management, and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the facility.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and aged care regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Influenza Vaccination.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Food Services Manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
