Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Horticulturist or experienced Landscape Team Leader to lead our gardening team. Manual license is essential, as well as the ability to transport yourself to job sites.

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in garden maintenance, including feeding, spraying, mulching, hedging and irrigation repairs. You will be responsible for preparing paperwork and organizing equipment for upcoming visits.

The Role

  • General garden maintenance
  • Feeding and caring for plants
  • Mulching and pruning
  • Hedging and shaping
  • Irrigation system installation and repair

Key Requirements

  • Hold a manual driver's license
  • Be living in Australia, preferably in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
  • Have previous experience or a qualification in Horticulture
  • Ability to use basic equipment such as mowers and hedge trimmers
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
