Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality learning support services to children with learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively with our team of therapists and special education consultants to develop and implement individualized programs that promote academic growth and achievement.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating goals, and monitoring client progress. You will also liaise with parents and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver literacy and numeracy intervention programs to children with learning difficulties.
  • Conduct assessments and create goals for each client.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with parents and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Education or a related field.
  • Training in an evidence-based methodology to support children's learning, such as Multisensory Learning (MSL).
  • Experience in providing learning support to children with learning difficulties.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
