About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Developer to join our team at CYOS Solutions and contribute to the development of high-quality, engaging content for our SharePoint platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and manage written content that effectively communicates our mission, policies, and guidelines to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise, categorise, and maintain content on SharePoint to ensure it is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to ensure content adheres to our standards, style guidelines, and best practices.
  • Optimise content for readability, user-friendliness, and accessibility, considering the diverse needs of our audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with relevant regulations and policies in our specific sector.
  • Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our SharePoint content.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in creating SharePoint modern webpages and a sound technical understanding of the SharePoint web application.
  • Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously.
