At our prestigious venue, we are seeking a highly skilled Venue Operations Manager to oversee the front of house operations. The ideal candidate will have an innate ability to manage all café and service-related tasks, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our guests.

This role reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for driving growth and quality in F&B operations while managing a team of service staff.

The successful candidate will be a strong operator with attention to detail and a focus on staff development and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee successful café operations
  • Lead an exceptional front of house team
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Maintain positive relationships between back and front of house teams
  • Achieve P&L budgets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing busy venues and events
  • Proven time management skills
  • Innovative approach to food and beverage operations
  • Strong barista skills required
  • A high-achieving approach with ability to guide and mentor a team of staff
  • Valid RMLV certification
