Warehouse Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee goods inwards, warehousing, and dispatch operations to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and timely updates in our Warehouse Management System.
  • Liaise daily with clients and suppliers to ensure high satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Manage resources effectively, including casual labour and labour costs.
  • Take ownership of warehouse layout, racking, stock bin locations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience leading and coaching warehouse teams.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • A strong understanding of distribution and stocktake processes.
  • Current forklift and driver's licences.
  • High attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
  • Physically fit and committed to workplace safety.
