Job Title: Facilities Management Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills within facilities management under the mentorship of an experienced facilities manager.

About the Role
  • Ensure contractor compliance on managed sites with induction processes and WHS requirements.
  • In conjunction with the facilities manager, monitor repairs and maintenance against set outgoings budgets with property manager approval.
  • Attend to and address tenants' requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the facilities manager in completing facility management reports as required and agreed with the property manager.
  • Participate in site-specific audit programs, ensuring identified risks are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Assist with arranging maintenance requests and quotes while providing recommendations.
  • Maintain the upkeep of the property presentation in accordance with client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for project management of capital works across the portfolio and work with the property manager as required on life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within facilities or property management ideal.
  • Trade background with an interest in facilities management also considered.
  • Experience dealing with contractors beneficial.
  • Strong tenant focus.
  • Strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and motivated.
