About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team at Relevance AI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, training, and fine-tuning large language models on GPUs to power AI agents. You will also work closely with customers to understand how AI agents can solve their problems better.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software development, 3+ years of experience training and productionizing deep learning models, and strong expertise in Python (Typescript is nice to have). They will also have knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, train, and fine-tune large language models on GPUs to power AI agents.
  2. Work closely with customers to understand how AI agents can solve their problems better.
  3. Develop software applications using clean and efficient code.
  4. Analyze product and agent data to surface insights for customers and the team.
