We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

">Job Description
  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, including transfers and hoist training.
  • Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia and respiratory conditions.
  • Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families.

In addition to providing direct care, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, and medications.
  • Current Open class Australian Driver's Licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle.
