Artistic Creative Lead

Elucian Limited is seeking a highly skilled artistic creative lead to produce high-quality artwork across various media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms by applying design skills and typography knowledge.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements that align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver high-quality designs that meet required briefs.
  • Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels across the group of companies.
  • Utilise content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on company websites.
  • Contribute creative input during concept development meetings by sharing ideas and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Support photography and editing efforts when needed by providing assistance and training.
  • Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently by prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate natural creativity with design skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Have graphic design and typography skills, as well as organisation and reliability skills.
  • Be able to learn quickly, stay motivated, and continually improve skills and standard of work.
  • Have accurate attention to detail, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Adobe applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Easy Catalogue.
