Customer Value Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Value Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized recommendations for health and wellbeing products, highlighting their value and benefits to customers.
- Develop business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products, driving new member acquisition.
- Assist existing Bupa members with day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product.
- Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions and educating members on available benefits.
