Job Role Summary

We are recruiting for experienced picking and packing operatives to join our team in the New South Wales area. This is an ongoing role starting immediately, requiring individuals with high level accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders accurately into boxes
  • Scanning and packing finished products
  • Repacking and labelling work
  • Container unpacking
  • Inbound and outbound work
  • Receiving and returns
  • General production quality checks

Requirements:

  • Full unrestricted work rights (no visas)
  • Experience with RF scanning and order picking
  • Teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to reach productivity goals
