Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Customer Service professional to join our Technical Support team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support for all CW System products, assisting the Sales and Marketing Teams to drive sales growth, and supporting the sales team with customer service duties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and technical support for all CW System product ranges
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Teams as required to help grow the product division sales
  • Support the sales team with customer service duties
  • Develop product improvements and updates

Requirements:

  • Interest in the Blinds and Awnings Industry
  • Practical and/or mechanical mindset
  • Energetic and proactive individual
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
