Dynamic Integration of Electronic Warfare Systems
Key Responsibilities- Strategically plan and execute end-to-end product development to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of RF products into electronic warfare systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, driving feature innovation and continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of RF principles, hardware, and software-defined radio systems, as well as military deception theory and electronic countermeasures technology.
- Proven experience in systems integration, interoperability, and compliance, including familiarity with NATO and MIL-STD standards.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to link product direction to broader strategic and financial goals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of empowering product teams and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Australian citizenship.
- Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as Engineering.
