The Role

We're seeking a creative, accomplished, and experienced solutions seller with a proven track record of excellence in Solution Sales for a Desktop Virtualisation organisation or with experience in leading migrations from legacy on-premise solutions to SaaS solutions. As a Virtualisation Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving complex deals and influencing new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers, understanding customer priorities, and articulating the value proposition of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Responsibilities
  • Drive solution sales best practices, crafting strategies that differentiate and challenge customers with creative solutions.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to guide customers in transforming their Desktop Strategy and end-user experience.
  • Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Virtualisation opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Deliver excellence in territory planning, compete plans, business analysis, and forecasting.
  • Deliver results while embodying Microsoft values, treating others with fairness and respect.
  • Support team members in exceeding their potential, actively contributing to the team culture, fostering positivity, and sharing knowledge.
