Job Title

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage a team of Educators, providing support and leadership opportunities
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with kids
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
