About the Role:

This newly created position, based in our Air Affairs operations in Nowra, will report to a Senior People Partner. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice and guidance, assisting with policy maintenance, and supporting various projects.

  • Offering efficient first-line support for HR policies and procedures
  • Evaluating, preparing, and updating position descriptions
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR processes
  • Providing data and employment information to the employee services team
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance requirements, including plan development and reporting
  • Collaborating with the People team to implement seamless delivery of HR activities

Full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

About You:

  • Proven experience working in agile HR teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards, with the ability to advise and interpret them
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, including influencing key stakeholders
  • Ability to work operationally and on projects
  • Attention to detail with process implementation and management capabilities
