Farm Labourer

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Labourer. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in agriculture.

• Work with live poultry, including maintenance management and inventory control.
• Manage staff, clean chicken stalls, collect eggs, and conduct chicken inspections and sorting.
• Some building and lifting of poultry products may be required.

The ideal candidate will have great relationship and team building skills, good communication skills, and local area knowledge. A farming background is an advantage but not required.

• Fully qualified to work in Australia.
• Physically fit.
• Own reliable transport.
• Current driver's licence.
• Clear and understandable spoken English.

This is an ongoing employment opportunity with full on-the-job training and support provided. Successful applicants must be available to attend an in-person interview at our Tamworth branch.

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this role to be $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
