Aquaculture Work Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a role as an Aquaculture Attendant in our expanding land-based abalone operation in Indented Head, Victoria.

The successful applicant will be responsible for various tasks on the farm, including nursery, husbandry, harvest and stock movement through to pack-out for sales and canning.

To be suitable for this role, you must be physically fit and have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to adapt to a new role and environment.

The working hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, with some overtime and weekend work required.

  • Nursery: maintaining water quality and monitoring fish health
  • Husbandry: feeding, monitoring and maintaining animal health
  • Harvest: collecting and processing animals for sale or canning
  • Stock movement: moving animals between different areas of the farm
