Job Overview

IPAR is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and return-to-work strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention programs
  • Work with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Complete a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for injury prevention and return-to-work
