Job Summary:

As a Hospital Pathology Collector, you will be an integral part of our team providing quality patient care and building strong connections with local communities.

  • Liaise and build effective relationships with stakeholders including doctors, nurses, and patients.
  • Collect samples across different wards and areas, including Paediatrics, ICU, and Emergency, with attention to detail and care.
  • Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Phlebotomy or a nursing background.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised and high attention to detail.
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work.

Additionally, the following vaccinations are required:

  • Proof of vaccination against Hepatitis B.
