Job Overview

This is a 12-month maternity cover position within our Brisbane office. The Senior Marketing Manager oversees all marketing functions and reports directly to the Head of Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing plans, product launches, promotions, and media campaigns for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective use of integrated marketing channels.
  • Assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Work closely with Operations and Legal to ensure correct implementation and execution across all restaurants.
  • Partner with Culinary & Innovation on new product definition and business planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, majoring in marketing or advertising.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in a generalist marketing role across multiple markets.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience; managing a team to deliver campaigns and manage media spend.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
