We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a sales professional in a dynamic and growing industry. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their buying or selling experience with high-value products.

  • Build trust and confidence with customers to help them make informed investment decisions.
  • Perform manual calculations, stock reconciliation, and cash handling.
  • Process transactions using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through in-depth training on customer budgeting and product quality assessment.

About You
  • You have strong retail sales and customer service experience.
  • You are confident in manual calculations and daily reconciliation tasks, maths skills are essential.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are comfortable handling stock, cash, and basic computer transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Office skills and be eager to learn and grow within a national business expanding across Australia.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • A base hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour.
