Position: Registered Nurse - Nursing Support Unit
Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time (minimum hours per fortnight)
Role Overview
We invite applications from qualified Registered Nurses to become part of our Nursing Support Unit (NSU). The NSU team enjoys stable hours and utilizes an electronic scheduling system to manage shift assignments. Candidates must possess recent experience in Acute care settings.
As part of the NSU, you will be expected to work across various departments, including Acute, Sub-acute, and Aged Care, to address staffing needs and respond to unanticipated surges in activity. Flexibility to work morning, evening, and night shifts is essential, as the roster operates 24/7. Staff will submit their shift preferences through our electronic roster management system for consideration.
This role offers the opportunity to experience a variety of work environments while maintaining a permanent employment status.
Applicants must reside in the designated region and must not require Visa Sponsorship.

Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with recent Acute care experience.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body and a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Possession of a current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Demonstrated clinical competencies and skills appropriate to your level of experience.
