Salary and Benefits

As a Hospitality Team Leader with IRT Group, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll have access to not-for-profit salary packaging, which can help you keep more cash in your pocket.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, ordering, preparation, and compliance of food service, laundry, and cleaning operations at our Aged Care Centers. Key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring and supervising hospitality employees, ensuring food safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements.

You'll also be responsible for monitoring IRT cleaning contractor team members to ensure cleaning standards are met and participating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members in line with IRT's policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or similar qualification
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or willingness to obtain
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Sound verbal, written, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating and organisational skills
