Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for installing fire rated materials in new and existing buildings, repairing disturbed fire rated material, and installing fire sealing products to service penetration.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with our service manager to ensure seamless execution of passive fire rating, fire sealing, and penetrations including fire dampers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in passive fire and fire damper installation, as well as some trade or construction experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation of fire rated materials
  • Repair of disturbed fire rated material
  • Installation of fire sealing products
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification with relevant qualifications and certificates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and wear correct PPE
