About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the North Adelaide Golf Course. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the golf course team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Assist with the sale of golf course merchandise and services, including memberships and lessons.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the golf course, its facilities, and services, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and programs to enhance the overall customer experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
