At the heart of any successful brand lies effective communication. We seek a skilled Brand Communications Officer to drive our brand's narrative and engage with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a cohesive brand marketing strategy, encompassing positioning, tone of voice, and messaging
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to pursue strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations
- Develop compelling marketing stories for our digital channels in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Social Media & Content Coordinator
- Deliver high-quality copywriting and brand messaging/communication across both internal and external platforms
- Previous experience in a similar communications role
- Demonstrated understanding of branding principles
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
