Role Overview

We are seeking an Accompaniment Specialist to join our team in Bunbury. As an Accompaniment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our customers, helping them achieve their life goals and participate in recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration, and attending appointments
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed
  • Administration duties and mandatory daily reports
Requirements
  • Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) or willingness to work towards the qualification
  • A valid driver's licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (with rebates available)
  • Ability to work between 15-25 hours per week
  • Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration
  • Proven administration and computer literacy skills
