We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to spearhead the growth of our store in Coffs Harbour, a regional hub on the eastern coast of Australia.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian-owned fashion retailer, DECJUBA, which has grown its footprint from 5 stores to over 140 across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We Offer:


We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
