We're seeking a reliable and skilled Store Manager to lead our busy pizza outlet in Broome. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a team of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Creating rosters and managing store operations.
  • Stock ordering and management to ensure we have the right products at the right time.
  • Leading the store during a shift and making decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Training and coaching your team to develop their skills.
  • Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a clean and safe store environment.
  • Cash control and budgets to ensure we're managing our finances effectively.
  • Staff management and recruitment to build a strong team.
  • Safety and security to ensure the well-being of our customers and team members.
