We are seeking analytical thinkers to join our team as Bias Experts for an innovative AI research lab. Your primary role will be to evaluate and critique political reasoning produced by AI models, identifying both overt and subtle forms of bias or ideological assumptions.

To achieve this goal, you will need to master critical thinking, logical reasoning, and source evaluation. You should be comfortable operating in controversial or ideologically diverse contexts and have the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

The ideal candidate will possess intellectual integrity, prioritizing truth over trend. They will also have a strong background in social sciences, with a focus on political systems, cultural ideologies, or historical propaganda.

We welcome applicants from diverse intellectual traditions who can demonstrate a track record of independent thought and rigorous analysis. This includes contrarian intellectuals, PhDs in social sciences, historians, anthropologists, and scholars who've studied political systems, cultural ideologies, or historical propaganda.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of evidence-based reasoning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a structured project environment.

This is a remote role that offers flexible commitment with clear deliverables and collaborative feedback. Pay is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
