About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty and Laser Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of therapists, driving sales and customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales and customer service initiatives to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock control, supplier orders, and staff rostering.
  • Treatment Delivery: Provide high-quality laser hair removal and skin treatments, including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and Skin Needling.
  • Product Retailing: Sell products to accompany all treatments, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Management Experience: Previous management experience in a beauty or aesthetic industry setting.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with at least 2 years of experience in the industry. Laser hair removal experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of the skin and professional treatments and services, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
