Fortescue is seeking a skilled Shutdown Scheduler to join our team at the Iron Bridge project. As a Shutdown Scheduler, you will be responsible for generating and managing the Shutdown Schedule for all Modular shutdown maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed MS Project Gantt charts to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime
- Facilitate and manage the scope management process to ensure alignment with shutdown readiness milestones
- Schedule maintenance activities to optimize resources and duration, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate scope of work and safe execution
- Execute post-shutdown reporting and support close-out process, adhering to work management processes
- Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance scheduling
- High-level experience in SAP and MS Project, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with maintenance cost tracking and budgeting
- Knowledge of all aspects of fixed plant maintenance execution and strategies
- Mechanical or Electrical trade background within fixed plant is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
