Our Team is Seeking a Seasoned Security Professional
As a seasoned security professional, you will oversee a team of officers in our Perth office. Your primary responsibility will be operational management, ensuring the smooth delivery of services at our corporate facility.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for control room operations, implementing security directives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Operational management of personnel delivering services at the corporate facility.
- Nominated first aider and chief fire warden.
- Control room operations and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Implementing security directives and ensuring compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Previous management experience in a similar role, including management of a small to medium-sized team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.).
- A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
