The Venue Manager plays a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction and strategic hotel development. This leadership position requires people management skills, attention to detail, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations, staffing, and shift management
- Overseeing bar, room service, events, and rooftop operations to ensure efficiency and service standards
- Managing event and bar functions, including planning, setup, execution, and follow-up
- Designing and delivering training to ensure team familiarity with products, menus, wine lists, and service standards
- Handling recruitment, interviewing, HR administration, and onboarding
- Developing standards and procedures for food and beverage operations
About You:
- 1-2 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role in food & beverage
- Exceptional customer service skills and deep F&B knowledge
- Ability to drive customer service programs and achieve results
