Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

This salary range is estimated based on industry standards for a Veterinary Director position in Adelaide, South Australia.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven veterinarian to join our dynamic team as a Veterinary Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work across one or two sites, collaborating with our exceptional ER and specialist veterinarians, nurses, animal attendants, and client relations experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Collaborate with our ER and specialist veterinarians to develop and implement clinical strategies and protocols
  • Provide guidance and support to our nurses, animal attendants, and client relations team members
  • Contribute to the design and planning process for our new facility

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to bring your expertise and experience to the table. We are looking for a seasoned veterinarian with a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally in an Emergency or Specialist hospital setting. Registration or eligibility for veterinary registration in South Australia is a must, and memberships would be highly regarded.
