Risk Management Specialist

Yancoal is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Insurance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our enterprise risk management strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day operations of our Risk and Insurance function, including risk assessment, risk management, and insurance program management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide risk management training and support to employees across the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of our enterprise risk management software.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in risk management, risk analysis, or auditing.
- Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 31000) and methodology.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail.
- Adept in learning new corporate software.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel data analytics, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability/experience working on data analytics (Alteryx) and dashboarding tools (Power BI).
- Experience working with SAP.
- Sound verbal and written communication in Simplified Chinese (Mandarin).
- Relevant professional designations (e.g., CPRA/CPRM, GIA, CA/CPA, etc.).
- Experience in managing insurance requirements, contracts, and renewals.
- Experience in a publicly listed company.
