We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven People and Culture Services Partner to join our team.

This Permanent Part Time role will see you working 4 days per week, reporting directly to the General Manager People Services. As a generalist HR role, your responsibilities will span all people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.

The first priority for this role will be leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions. Your key duties will include:

  • Project and change management to drive positive organisational outcomes.
  • Developing outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Supporting and guiding leaders and employees to achieve their best.
  • Converting information and data into knowledge and communicating that knowledge meaningfully and usefully.
  • Applying strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
