Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be a Mortgage Solutions Expert. In this position, you will identify and influence existing and potential brokers to trust and offer Connective Lending to their clients.

As a key member of our team, you will operate as a product and policy expert across all Connective Lending funders, providing education and coaching to brokers on the benefits of Connective Lending and how to promote and process applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business from targeted brokers.
  • Educate brokers on Connective Lending benefits and how to promote and process applications.
  • Monitor real-time Connective Lending sales performance and present at weekly state-based meetings.
  • Champion the Connective Lending offering through events, joint-visits, networking, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Support team to plan and execute acquisition, growth, and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a lender BDM or acquisition-focused sales role.
  • A thorough knowledge of residential credit.
  • Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) to generate insights and plan activity.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
  • A current Australian driver's license and own transport.
