Job Description

Our fast-paced and dynamic Japanese Ramen shop is seeking a skilled professional to join our team. We are currently one of the busiest in Western Australia, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We value employee autonomy, self-motivation, and teamwork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively

Training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary. However, we do require:

  • Full vaccination with at least 2 doses
  • Able to work at least 25 hours per week
