Join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant Contractor and make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our consultants to support individuals who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and provide effective solutions to facilitate their safe return to work.
  • Work with Kairros Consultants, insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications

You will bring:

  • Qualifications and professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in stakeholder engagement, and willingness to travel (car and license essential).
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service and punctuality.
