Lead Aged Care Team with Excellence

Your role in this position is to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to residents. You will focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that aligns with our values.

As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for driving quality and compliance across the facility. This includes implementing best practice clinical care and conducting regular audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Financial sustainability is crucial in this role, and you will achieve it by promoting community engagement and supporting occupancy levels. Additionally, you will oversee property maintenance, hospitality, and lifestyle programs to enhance the overall experience for residents.

You will work closely with senior clinicians to guide a team of nurses, personal carers, and support staff. Your coaching and direction will be essential in their success.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this position, you will require a background in aged care and strong leadership skills. Your mentorship and coaching experience should have resulted in improved service performance with sound quality outcomes and care governance.

Effective management of complex priorities and resources will also be necessary. You will need to pool resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current Registration: AHPRA registration
  • Experience: Coordinating care provision within a large team
  • Skills: Conflict management, prioritisation, leadership, mentoring, and coaching
