As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll play a vital role in providing life-changing speech therapy to NDIS participants in Bayside and surrounding areas.

This full-time position offers an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding career in speech pathology. However, we will also consider part-time applicants.

Your Every Day

  • You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilising the social model approach.
  • Using evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment, you'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
  • You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You'll attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
  • You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
