Role Summary

Relectrify is seeking an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge mechanical solutions and subsystems for next-generation battery technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and release mechanical parts and assemblies, including product-related parts, assembly fixtures, and tooling.
  • Perform engineering calculations or other technical analysis, including simulations to generate relevant documentation.
  • Participate in prototype development and builds.
  • Conduct or participate in design reviews to collaboratively resolve technical issues.
  • Provide support for legacy products, including maintenance and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of mechanical skills, processes, facilities, and capabilities at Relectrify.
  • Contribute to Relectrify's intellectual property portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Masters/PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in mechanical design integrating electronics.
  • Skilled in 3D CAD and 2D drafting.
  • DFM experience in sheet metal and plastics.
