Sales Leader for Fashion Retail

As a Sales Leader in our fashion retail environment, you will have the autonomy to lead your team and store alongside the Store Manager. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring Team Members to advance their sales careers with us.

We are looking for an experienced leader who enjoys motivating and coaching Team Members to become top performers. You will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager with general operations of our store at Morley Galleria while developing your leadership skills and business understanding.

The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with the Store Manager supporting store operations and sales, as well as a passion for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watches. They will also have a strong selling background achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, feedback and encouragement for Team Members to become top performers, leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none. You will also maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards, and assist with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store.

**Requirements:**

- Experience working closely with the Store Manager supporting store operations and sales
- Ability to supervise and inspire Team Members to advance their sales career with us
- A passion, love and interest for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watches
- Strong selling background achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
