Job Description:
Job TitleA Diversional Therapist will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team and work in accordance with primary health care principles. The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating quality diversional therapy activities for a specified client group within a community healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of quality diversional therapy activities
- Promote access and client involvement by participating in applicable community-based activities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work both independently and as a member of a team, and have experience working with aged people and those living with dementia.
BenefitsThis part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $67,193 to $70,993 per annum (pro rata) and includes an employer 11.5% superannuation contribution.
