Electrical Power Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Operations team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical works related to energy transmission and distribution systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Application of electrical trade skills in the transmission and distribution environment.
• Selecting, testing, fault finding, repair, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in high and voltage switching and permit issuance.
• Audit and safety processes ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Implementation of WHS and Environmental procedures.
• Contributing to the role of an Electrical Technician.

Key Requirements

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (plus Qualified Supervisors Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
• Drivers Licence.
• Qualified Supervisors Certificate.
• WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Certificate.
• Ongoing successful maintenance of regulatory, industry, and business required licences, authorisations, and other certificates.
