The Opportunity

Are you a skilled forklift operator seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Sydney, AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift and other equipment, receiving and putting away incoming items, transporting products between locations, and communicating with various teams.

This is an initial 12-month casual contract role with the view to transition to a permanent position based in our new warehouse and factory in Arndell Park.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Receipt incoming items accurately and put away on time, including unloading containers/trucks
  • Transporting products between locations (Lidcombe to Arndell Park)
  • Communicate with dispatch/projects/sales team and management with changes, delays or issues with orders, products or customers
  • Ensure all warehouse and WHS standards are strictly adhered to

Requirements:

  • Must have full driver's license, forklift license is highly regarded
  • Prior experience in warehouse duties
  • Excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
