CPC Engineering seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the development of complex electrical engineering projects. With a focus on innovation and quality, this role will drive business growth while ensuring adherence to project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of electrical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  • Provide project review of electrical deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate the work of designs and drafting personnel to achieve project deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • Promote continuous improvement in Electrical/Instrument Engineering methods and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standards for business operations, adhering to CPC Engineering's policies and quality management requirements.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering).
  • More than 25 years of experience in minerals process plant design, with a strong understanding of various processes and unit operations.
  • Proven track record in engineering delivery, with experience working in team environments and allocating tasks to team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools, with attention to detail and excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Able to produce study estimates, manage studies, and small site projects, including variation management.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control systems.
